Zero Harm Management – Is it Worth It? A Field Study

There has been considerable debate in mining industry forums recently about zero-harm management, its definition, its impact and its value, but with quite a significant component of it seemingly devoted to anecdotal beliefs and findings.

This webinar represents an attempt to add some empirical findings associated with a recent working field study revealing some significant improvement trends.  It aims to hopefully assist the debate and in the process also further the overall quest to reduce the level of harm and risk in the day-to-day operations of our industry.

Topics related to the study and to be covered in the webinar include:

  • An introduction to the project and related field study
  •  Which “Zero-Harm” definition/strategy was used
  • What was measured –  some specific zero-harm variables?
  • How it was measured and the associated challenges?
  • What were the findings?
  • What were the outcomes?
  • Where to next?

Register for this free webinar to learn how to better manage and measure the outcomes of your zero harm strategy.
