It’s been a crazy rollercoaster of a year. Environmental disasters, a soaring dollar, a booming resources talent market and talent shortages still a growing concern.

So we are offering a variety of alternative approaches to dealing with this changing market. Our workshops and themes focus on developing agile talent planning skills, measuring the effectiveness of your strategies, finding scarce talent with greater efficiency, building flexible talent communities and approaching recruiting and learning with a six-sigma mindset and toolbox. Our speakers will help you focus on how to better keep your efforts aligned with the business and economic cycles and ensure you have the right people to replace those that leave.

We have sessions on emerging trends, the growth of sophisticated search tools, and the power of targeted marketing with social media. This conference will allow you to assess whether your Recruitment and Sourcing Processes are agile and lean and enable you to create some new standards. We have established thought leaders that will lead discussions and help us create new thinking that will enable us to deal with the 'Rollercoaster' of Talent Management.

Added to our successful format will be more tracks geared to specific interests such as learning, social media, and metrics. We have several “unconference” sessions where an expert will lead an open, interactive discussion about a topic without PowerPoint slides or other media. This allows everyone to take part and contribute their ideas and best practices.

As we did last year, we’ll keep our networking receptions and expanded lunch sessions so you have plenty of time to reflect, visit with vendors, network with your colleagues, or grab a speaker for more in-depth discussion.

With well over 300 attendees, this is the largest and most complete talent conference in the Australasian region. We are working hard to expand our delegates to include professionals from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and other Asian countries.
