Section 44 is mandatory for those working in the West Australian mining and resources industry at the level of supervisor or above. This course arms appointed persons with the necessary legislative knowledge to perform their role for the safety and health of their workers, the company and themselves. The course covers all aspects of s44 of the Mines Safety Inspection Act 1994 including its relevance to your role and responsibilities, company operations and to other sections of the Act and the Mines Safety Inspection Regulations 1995.
