UGL Resources are seeking employees for immediate start for the Boddington Gold Mine Project (120kms south east of Perth) and Fortescue Metals Cloudbreak project (in the north of the state).
In October, UGL will staff a major shutdown of the BP Kwinana Refinery, with pre-planning already underway. 600 people will be required through to December. A number of other projects are also underway, including a ten week shutdown to the Verve Muja Power Station in Western Australia, a shutdown at Rio Tinto's HISmelt plant in Kwinana, the deconstruction of BHP Billiton's gas plant at Onslow, the upgrade of a Liquified Natural Gas Jetty at Karratha for Woodside, and rebuild of the Apache plant at Varanus Island.
