The website provides a range of services, some of which may require log on access.
Individual: a person may register as an individual subscriber on the site for the purpose of job search, receiving newsletters and RSS feeds, and/or accessing Company information and invitations. Upon registration, you will have a secure log on access including a password nominated by you.
Company Subscriber: may be an Employer or Recruitment Agency. Company Subscribers will require a Company Account. The Company Account will enable an appointed Administrator to attach an unlimited number of internal users. A log on will allow a Company Subscriber to access specific paid services.
“Subscriber” means all registered members of the Website, including members registered as a “company”, “corporation”, “body” (whether a body corporate or an unincorporated and includes for example an association), “partnership”, “joint venture”, “natural person”, “supplier”, “workers” and “advertisers”.
“Website” means this Website or any part of it.
Individual: Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for your own use of the Service and for preventing unauthorised use by other persons.
Company: The Company Administrator and attached user-profiles are responsible for their use of the Service and for preventing unauthorised use by other persons. Company Administrators must ensure that user profiles are maintained and current.
Job Postings:Our overriding objective is to provide a credible and accurate source of information and employment opportunities for candidates. Advertised positions must represent a bona-fide vacancy. Advertisements for general expressions of interest in order to build your database and talent pool may also be posted. It must be made clear in the advert that this is the purpose of seeking expressions of interest.
For Recruitment Agencies, unless stipulated by the company that has engaged your services, either the name of the company or the project you are recruiting for, must be referenced. This requirement for your advertising strategy will assist in forming positive relationships with both industry and job seekers .
An abuse of these terms may result in your termination from the site.
For both Individual and Company Subscribers: The Resource Channel owns all copyright and all other intellectual property rights on this site, except that which is specifically provided and directly posted by subscribing Companies. The Resource Channel welcomes the use of this site for your non-commercial use only provided that you retain all copyright, trademark and other propriety notices contained in the content. We advise that you may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties or for commercial purposes any portion of this site without The Resource Channel's express permission, unless that information has been specifically provided and directly posted by your own Company.
Other than connecting to The Resource Channel’s servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to The Resource Channel’s servers by any means – including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Service or otherwise.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, The Resource Channel and/or the Service.
All other information and material you supply or communicate to the Service is governed by The Resource Channel’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
The information posted by Companies remains the property of the industry representative and The Resource Channel takes no responsibility for content.
Only appointed and authorised persons may register and post information on behalf of an organisation. The Resource Channel reserves the right to reject or remove a registration or information (‘blog’, ‘job post’ etc) if either is deemed fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate. Job Posts and Blogs are automatically and immediately visible on the site upon posting and once payment has been processed.
As a registered user to post information, you take responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the data provided.
Published information on the Job Board may not contain:
Jobs published on the site must represent a bona-fide employment opportunity, located in Australia for the resource industry, or if in an overseas location, for an Australian employer. They must not reference or provide links to other Job Boards, other than your own organisation’s Career Page.
Blogs are intended for general branding and key messages that support your job advertisements. Blogs can only refer to vacancies that are already posted on the site by your organisation - they must not list or reference any other specific vacancies. Blogs could include information about awarded contracts, current and upcoming projects, length of tenure of project jobs, roster and residential information, contracting partners, how to gain entry level opportunities, details of your recruitment process, tips, advice, success stories and any other general topic that may encourage candidates to apply to your vacancies.
As an authorised registered Company, you are responsible for the content of any information that you post, including hyperlinks to your own Website(s).
Your account will require an Administrator, a designated person to manage the account and who is the primary contact.
Advertising options can be securely purchased online by credit card – Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express – or by requesting an invoice with a purchase order number. Once the purchase is processed, access is immediate. Purchase by purchase order number will take no longer than 48 hours to be approved.
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) is in addition to the prices listed. Invoice terms are strictly 30 days from time of purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not make any refund of any amount paid to us. Our terms are explicit on the service offering and the requirement for Companies to maintain appropriate security around Company Account logins.
We derive our information from public sources which we believe to be accurate and current as at the date of publication and we reserve the right to update or remove this information at any time.
In using the site, you warrant that the content, material or information that you post or upload to the Website will not be fraudulent, defamatory and will not infringe the intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights of any person or any applicable law.
Where the content, material or information on this Website or any Linked Website contains opinions or judgments of third parties, we do not purport to endorse the contents of that opinion or advice, nor the accuracy or reliability of that opinion or advice.
The Inside Guide and parts thereof are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied or re-sold and is intended for the sole use of the individual subscriber.
