Robert Walsh

Robert is the Managing Partner for the Australian Practice of Fragomen as part of the firm's extensive Asia Pacific coverage. Robert oversees all operations for the Fragomen Australian offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

As an experienced commercial lawyer, Robert has a significant track record in providing immigration and other legal advice and visa services to companies in sectors such as financial services, mining and resources (including off-shore oil and gas), information technology and engineering.

Specifically, Robert has extensive experience in assisting multi-national companies in the resource sector to undertaken major recruitment campaigns internationally, ensuring visa and compliance obligations are met. He is listed in the International Who's Who of Corporation Immigration Lawyers for 2003-2010.

Mike Beeley

An international and award-winning Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Marketing expert, Mike has spent the last 20 years helping global and local organisations understand their EVP and how to market their employment proposition to their target audiences through traditional and emerging media.

In 1992 Mike started Beeley Callan Advertising, selling it to the global ad agency Euro RSCG in 1997 and then helping them build the operation for 10 years in Australia and overseas to 50 staff and $30m turnover.

Tim Harper

As Manager - Immigration Practice for the Fragomen Perth Office, Tim has worked in the immigration environment for several years and has significant corporate migration experience advising employers and individuals.

Tim assists corporations to manage the end to end immigration process and visa options for both permanent and temporary hires. He is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, the Migration Institute of Australia and the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia.
