Seven Peaks Recruitment was established in 2008 in Brisbane, Australia by its directors with the objective of becoming a world class supplier of staff to Owner/Operating companies, Engineering Design Firms, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractors for Greenfield and Brownfield sites in the Hydrocarbons, Mining & Mineral Processing sectors.

Drawing on experience, we provide our clients with innovative and optimized solutions whatever their staffing resource requirements.

The company has an operational spread which is based around the world’s largest Hydrocarbon and Mining centres. We are able to provide permanent staff to our clients practically anywhere in the world.

Seven Peaks Recruitment’s directors and associates combine consultancy experience and qualifications with wide-ranging experience in focus industries. Our Directors possess extensive global experience gained in challenging large scale “hands on” projects, operational experience and local in- country knowledge working in remote locations throughout many of the continents world-wide. As such, Seven Peaks Recruitment is well qualified to understand and rapidly respond to the needs of different clients and situations where they may be. We are also very well known in the industry as experienced and ethical recruiters.

The long-term vision includes a number of offices throughout key Oil & gas and Mining Hubs. We see the challenge in this vision, not in the growth itself, but in training and encouraging all Seven Peaks Recruitment personnel to treat each client and employee with the same care and with the same level of communication.
