What would attract you, as an experienced mechanical or electrical engineer, to a new company?

A large number of our competitors are all advertising for the same positions.
Rather than presume we know what you want when trying to entice a new Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, I would love to hear solid information so that URS can work with prospective applicants in order to make this next step for both parties a 'win, win' situation.
