Vacation Program is no holiday!

The Clough Vacation Employment Program aims to provide outstanding university students with the opportunity to work on interesting and varied projects / scopes of work within the oil and gas and infrastructure industries.

Primarily aimed at engineering students, the program is beneficial to both students and the Company. Through the program the students are helped to meet requirements for their engineering graduation from Australian universities and the Company is potentially introducing future graduate engineers to Clough.
The program aims to identify, develop and broaden the skills and knowledge of engineering students. It also aims to provide students with an;

• Understanding of Clough's mission, vision and values, strategic direction, structure and core competencies;
• Opportunity to gain work experience in an engineering contracting company which will assist students in identifying a potential career path;
• Excellent networking opportunity;
• Minimum requirements for university graduation.

Students will be assigned to a work team according to their engineering discipline. During their time at Clough, they will participate in various events enabling them to learn more about the company, our strategy for the future and the way we operate. As well as undertaking formal work assignments, vacation students also participate in a fun filled development day and other assorted events.
