Transfield Worley Services, which is a joint 50/50 venture between Transfield Services and Worley Parsons, has signed a heads of agreement with Woodside Energy for the proposed delivery of brownfield project and maintenance services.
The agreement covers the continued delivery of brownfield project services for a further four years to Woodside’s Western Australian offshore and onshore gas facilities, including North Rankin 2, Goodwyn A, the Karratha Gas Plant and the Angel platforms.
The companies have also agreed on the delivery of maintenance and shutdown services to Woodside’s Karratha Gas Plant and offshore facilities for a further two years.
This continues a relationship between Transfield Worley Services and Woodside that has been going since 1995. Further details will be announced when the contracts are finalised.
