Talent Pooling is a recruitment strategy that Companies of all shapes and sizes are spending more time on, to increase their effectiveness in finding suitable candidates in short time frames. They are fast becoming more innovative and creative in sourcing potential candidates for future roles and maintaining relationships with those candidates. Those companies with the luxury of having a vast recruitment database do not have to fish in the “Deep” but more likely in the “Puddles” of previously advertised roles.
