Santos launches a new recruitment and job opportunities system

On Monday 19 October Santos transitioned over to a new Oracle recruitment system.

The move has seen Santos switch to a completely automated recruitment process. From the approval through to formal offer letter everything is now managed online which fits Santos’ strategy to lighten its environmental footprint.

Candidates exploring opportunities within Santos will have greater access to vacancy information and be able to receive job alerts that match their areas of interest. In addition, candidates will be able to upload, update and manage their resume as required, apply for relevant jobs, track their application progress and easily refer jobs to colleagues and friends.

For Santos recruiters, there will be a vast improvement in searching and matching candidates to vacancies, which makes it easier to find high quality candidates already registered on the Santos careers site.

When accessing the Santos careers site (www.santos.com) all candidates will be welcomed and provided with a simple, step-by-step process in creating an application and how to apply.
