A rewarding opportunity is now available for an experienced Indigenous Mentor, based in Geraldton

MMG is committed to providing a successful environment for the Bayalgu Indigenous Training Program. As our Indigenous Mentor you can help us achieve our goals at our Golden Grove mine.

You’ll draw on previous experience to provide training, mentoring and case management to program participants with the aim of successfully transitioning them to long term employment with our Golden Grove operation. Your excellent communication skills will assist you in developing strong relationships with program trainees, Golden Grove supervisors, external support agencies and other Program stakeholder organisations.

This Geraldton based role requires your understanding and awareness of Indigenous culture and community allowing you to effectively mentor young participants in the program. You’ll also have sound knowledge and interest in the resources industry and the career opportunities within it.
