Layout is important– it is important to visually make your resume attractive to the reader, for example break up the narrative with bullet points and keep paragraphs short. Make sure your CV flows and that the information is in a logical order.
Make sure to spell check– Even the best resumes can be let down by something as simple as forgetting to do spell and grammar checks. Remember this is your first impression to the company and therefore you need it to be the best it can be.
