The Resource Channel this week announced its alliance with The International Resource Journal (IRJ); a publication from leading international digital media group, George Media Inc.
The Resource Channel will contribute articles on a regular basis to IRJ, relating to the Australian resource sector. The IRJ is sent electronically to more than 100,000 verified and carefully selected senior executives from medium to large resource companies across the globe.
The alliance enables The Resource Channel to reach a significant global audience. Our intent is to work with our clients to tell their stories which will not only be seen by the executive readership of IRJ but a monthly audience of more than 380,000 on the IRJ website.
There are strong synergies between the two media entities. Where The IRJ keeps readers informed of current industry topics and trends, The Resource Channel complements this by specifically focusing on employment related news and information for the industry. Similarly, where the IRJ offers companies a valuable platform to promote their products and services, The Resource Channel provides that same platform for employers and agencies in the industry to promote and communicate their value proposition to you as a job seeker.
Both entities support transparent, authentic and positive stories for the industry that is delivered online in real time to users globally. Most importantly, both provide news free to the consumer.
The IRJ is published by the George Media Group, an international media company producing refreshing alternatives to traditional business publications with offices in Toronto and London.
Vice President and Publisher, Simon Curran says, “through IRJ’s alliance with The Resource Channel we’ll see two vehicles, committed to assisting in promotion and development for the resource sectors, team up with great results. We are very pleased to work with The Resource Channel team”.
Both media entities see the alliance delivering the full spectrum of global industry news and information. Plans are in place to see the services offered by The Resource Channel evolve to become the single premier go-to point for employment news for the industry globally.
